Are dogs or other pets allowed?
We attach great importance to the peace and relaxation of our guests as well as the cleanliness of our nature hotel. Therefore, pets and dogs are unfortunately not allowed. We thank you for your understanding.
Do you also have rooms with a separate bathroom?
Yes, we also offer rooms with a separate bathroom. However, as these are only available to a limited extent, we kindly ask you to indicate this request when booking.
Is your house barrier-free?
Partly. Our hotel has an elevator and is generally easily accessible. However, the showers and rooms are not equipped for wheelchair users. Please ask us, we will be happy to prepare everything that is possible.
Can the TILL also be reached by bus and train?
Yes, the TILL is very easy to reach by public transport. Frastanz train station is only 2.5 km away. From there, a bus goes directly to the Satteins Post Office bus stop. From the bus stop it is about a 5-minute walk to the hotel. We will be happy to help you plan your journey.
Are there parking spaces at the hotel?
Yes, there are plenty of parking spaces available around our hotel.
How does it work if I want to charge my electric car with you?

Yes, you can add breakfast both when booking online and on site. However, to get the best price, we recommend adding breakfast directly to your online booking. This way you can be sure that you get the best conditions!
Is there WLAN in the hotel?
Yes, we offer free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel. Log-in to our FREE-Till immediately at the beginning of your stay to be perfectly connected at all times.
What if I have a problem at check-in?
If you have a problem at check-in, we are available by phone around the clock and can help you at any time. Don't hesitate to contact us - we will take care of your request quickly, we are a self-check-in premium.
How does online check-in work?
Online-Check-In works very simply via your e-mail address. From 14:00 on the day of arrival, you will receive an email with a link that you can use to check in easily. If you have already filled out the registration form at home, one click is enough, otherwise you will need to fill it out quickly on your cell phone or tablet. As soon as the check-in is complete, use your cell phone as a key (web app). Alternatively, you can code a room card on your tablet in the foyer. You will find simple instructions in the entrance area. This means you can check in quickly and without waiting!
What happens to the leftover soap in the rooms?
We collect soap scraps and donate them to the SapoCycle organization. There they are recycled by people with disabilities. The recycled soaps are then passed on to people in need. In this way, waste is avoided and good is done for the environment and the community at the same time.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is possible from 14:00 and you can check in conveniently via your cell phone before you arrive. This means that it doesn't matter when you arrive at the hotel. You must check out by 10:00 a.m. at the latest. Late check-out or pre-check-in is available for an additional charge, subject to availability.
Is smoking allowed in the hotel?
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the rooms and in the entire building of our hotel! You are welcome to smoke on the balconies, in the outdoor area or on our sun terrace.
Do you have rooms with connecting doors?
Our hotel does not have rooms with connecting doors. However, we are happy to provide you with adjoining rooms on request and subject to availability.
Do you offer bed linen for allergy sufferers?
Our bed linen is generally allergy friendly. Our inlays are made of synthetic fibers, the bed linen is 100% cotton.
Is there air conditioning in the rooms?
Yes, you can adjust the temperature in our rooms according to your wishes. The air conditioning is provided by a flexible system built into the ceiling. This means you can easily regulate the room temperature via a display and always feel comfortable.
Is there a lactose-free and gluten-free option for breakfast?
Yes, we offer both gluten-free and lactose-free options at breakfast. So that we can prepare for your stay in the best possible way, please let us know in advance if you have any intolerances or allergies.
Is there a vegetarian or vegan option for breakfast?
Yes, we offer both vegan and vegetarian options at breakfast. To ensure that we can cater to your individual needs, we would appreciate a brief note about your preferred diet. This way we can prepare your stay in the best possible way.
Is there a minibar/fridge in the room?
For ecological reasons, we do not have permanently installed fridges in the rooms. However, we do provide small rental fridges in the ski room free of charge. You are welcome to request a fridge at the time of booking.
Is the tap water of drinking water quality?
Yes, the tap water in Satteins is of drinking water quality. The municipality ensures that the water is regularly tested and meets the high standards for drinking water. Vorarlberg generally has excellent mountain and spring water straight from the tap.
Where can I buy a ticket for public transportation?
In Vorarlberg you can buy tickets for public transport in various ways. One convenient option is the cleVVVer mobile app, which allows you to view timetables and buy tickets directly on your cell phone. Tickets are also available from ticket machines at bus and train stations and in selected local stores.
